I could string a bunch of words here and tell you about me, make it simple, uncomplicated; How, I’m a domestic violence, sexual abuse survivor, rescuing animals the way I wished someone had rescued me. It’s dark, right? I could tell you stories about growing up indigenous with a Cherokee mother and a German father. How blood boils a family whole, before her religion and his alcohol devour what’s left. No, it’s not all jagged edges; it’s quite possible to survive the monsters in human guise and turn out alright.
